About feeds
RSS stands for really simple syndication and is an easy way to grab content from the site using an RSS reader. Plenty of software already does this for example if you use iGoogle, Netvibes or My Yahoo then you already have an RSS reader integrated into your personalised page.
Most modern browsers will also allow you to subscribe to RSS feeds and even if they don't, chances are there is a plugin for them that will let you do it.
The Blog
Get the real inside story on what is going on with Chris's blog. Chris posts to it on a daily basis with news, rants and long rambling tales of random stuff that happened recently.
